Sun, sea and…skimboards!
On Saturday August 3rd, The Preston Skimboarding Competition saw competitors from across the UK take on local boarders in the sunshine on Preston beach. We don’t want to spoil the feature that’s coming out in our next magazine (out early September), but congratulations to the six category winners, who were:
Under 8s (Boat House Cup) – Billy Whalley
Under 11s (Preston Eye Cup) – Matthew Ward
Under 15s (Circle One Challenge Cup) – Will Pedrick
Under 18s (SkimGB Cup) – Will Nicolle
Over 25s (Bob Brewis Cup) – ‘Sandy’ Matt Martin
Open (Sandskater Cup) – Ollie Bowen
