South Devon Football League

The South Devon Football League sits at level 12 of the football pyramid system and is a feeder league to the South West Peninsula League Division One East. Founded in 1902, the SDFL currently has six divisions and is sponsored by WBW Solicitors. 

Last season, the Premier Division title went to Buckland Athletic Reserves, while the Herald Cup (sponsored by the Herald Express) was won by Waldon Athletic for the first time in their history, Buckland Reserves the runners-up. The George Belli (Premier Division) Cup was also scooped by Waldon Athletic, for the second time in a row. 

The new league season will officially kick-off on the 20th August 2016 with the Throgmorton Champions Cup between Buckland and Waldon taking place on Friday 12th August 2016.
